1. Those Garage Guys LLC ("Those Garage Guys") will award one (1) grand prize and nine (9) first prizes at the end of each prize period. The first prize period begins on May 1, 2007 and ends on April 30, 2008. Subsequent prize periods run continuously each year from May 1, 2008 through April 30, 2009 and from May 1, 2009 through April 30, 2010. The grand prize winners will be determined from a random drawing of all entries received during the prize period. The odds of winning the grand prize are determined by the number of entries received prior to the time of the prize drawing. Those Garage Guys reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate this promotion without notice at any time. The winner(s) will be notified by certified mail within 30 days of the drawing. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. All prizes will be awarded.

2. No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion, and you do not have to submit to a sales presentation. This promotion is void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. You may enter this promotion by completing the entry form and returning it to the drop box where you obtained it, by submitting the web entry form, or by mailing it back to Those Garage Guys at the address below. Alternatively, you may print your name and your complete address on a 3"x5" card, write the words "Those Garage Guys' Win A Garage Makeover" at the top, and mail the card to Those Garage Guys at their address below. Mailed entries must be postmarked by April 30. No more than one entry per household is allowed. Those Garage Guys is not responsible for any illegible, misplaced, damaged or late entries. The address listed on each entry form must be the address where the products are to be installed if such entry is selected as a winner.

3. Sweepstake entrants must (i) be legal residents of Pennsylvania or Maryland; (ii) be 18 years of age or older, (iii) own their own home, which home is in a suitable condition (as determined by Those Garage Guys or its designees) for installation of Those Garage Guys products (including for compliance with local building codes and regulations), and (iv) reside in a geographic area in which Those Garage Guys is permitted to install such products at the winner's location. Employees, officers and directors of Those Garage Guys, its affiliates, subsidiaries, co-branded partners, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (and those living in their same households) are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

4. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Rules, if a winner has already purchased Those Garage Guys products, the winner may choose to have Those Garage Guys' products installed at a location different from the winner's home.

5. Each grand prize winner will each receive their selection of Those Garage Guys' products, professionally installed by Those Garage Guys or its designees, with a maximum retail value of $5,000. Any costs in excess of $5,000 shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winners. This prize is not transferable by the winner and must be installed at the address listed on the winning entry form. Installation must be provided by Those Garage Guys personnel or Those Garage Guys' designee. Product selection subject to availability and installation may be subject to black-out dates. Installation subject to the terms and conditions of Those Garage Guys' standard installation guidelines. All expenses not specifically provided for are the sole responsibility of the winners. Nine (9) first prize winners will each receive a basket and shelf package, each with a maximum retail value of $100. Installation of first prize is the sole responsibility of the first prize winner.

6. Winner's house must be in suitable condition for installation of products chosen (e.g., no water, mold, structural damage, etc.). Any waterproofing, remediation or other repairs necessary for proper installation (as deemed by Those Garage Guys or its designees in their sole discretion) must be performed at owner's expense prior to installation of the products. Installation labor does not include painting, staining, garage door openers, lighting or HVAC systems. No transfers, substitution in prizes or cash will be allowed except by Those Garage Guys, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole or absolute discretion. Cash value of the grand prize is deemed to be $2,000. Cash value of each first prize is deemed to be $40. Upon installation of grand prize, Those Garage Guys will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with the winner assuming full ownership and responsibility for the prize. Winner must arrange for prize installation no later than one month following the award of the prize. And installation must occur and be completed with in six months of confirmed notification.

7. The winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification correspondence, including the completion of an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, and return them within 14 days of the date on the prize notification correspondence as well as have met all of the eligibility requirements set forth within these Rules; otherwise prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance or use of a prize constitutes permission for Those Garage Guys and its affiliates to use recipients name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

8. Liability for any applicable taxes, including all federal, state, and local taxes and/or other fees that may apply to prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service. All expenses not specifically provided for by Those Garage Guys in these Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Entries that are lost, late, illegible or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. Those Garage Guys reserves the right to modify or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time or disqualify any entry in good faith. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the winning home is titled.

10. For winner's list, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope within 30 days following a prize period to Those Garage Guys LLC, 180-K Leader Heights Road, York, Pennsylvania 17402, including a request for the winners names.

11. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Those Garage Guys, its affiliates, co-branded partners, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages which may arise out of participation in the promotion in any way or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of a prize. Acceptance of a prize may require entering a standard contract or purchase order for the goods and services to be provided, as required by state law. This promotion is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning). This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Those Garage Guys LLC, 180-K Leader Heights Road, York, Pennsylvania 17402 and governed by the laws of the United States with venue in York County in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
